At PbonAdworks, we run a lean, profitable, and fast-growing digital marketing agency serving the franchise med spa industry. We manage Meta and Google Ads campaigns across 50 locations in 23 states, with the network growing every month through a franchise pipeline. We're building out our in-house creative engine — and we need someone who can produce visual work at high speed and high quality, across video, motion, and static design.

Role Description

As our first in-house Video Editor & Motion Designer, you'll work directly with the founder and our Senior Performance Creative Strategist to produce the full range of visual content the agency ships every week. This is a high-volume, high-velocity role for someone who can move fast across multiple visual disciplines without sacrificing quality.

This is a 100% remote role for daily work, but you must be based in Arizona. We want you close enough to attend occasional in-person shoots, brainstorms, and team meetings as the agency grows.

The work splits across three streams:

Client ad creative. Editing direct-response Meta and Google ad creative for our 50+ med spa locations. Hook variations, body cuts, CTA assembly, motion graphics overlays, static image ad variations. We test new concepts every week, not every month — your editing speed is the bottleneck we're hiring to break.

PbonAdworks agency branding. Building out our own brand presence: website video, founder content, social media assets, pitch decks, case study material, recruiting content. We want the agency to look as polished as the work we ship for clients.

New client onboarding. As we add new clients (current pipeline projects 65+ locations by end of 2026), you'll help build their initial creative library: landing page graphics, social content templates, brand-aligned ad templates.

What You'll Own

  • Video editing — direct-response ad cuts, hook variation assembly, color grading, sound design, exports for Meta and Google placements

  • Motion graphics — animated logos, lower-thirds, kinetic typography, motion overlays inside ads

  • Static design — image ad variations, landing page graphics, hero images, modular design components

  • Brand systems — building out templates, design tokens, brand-consistent visual identity for both PbonAdworks and our clients

  • Production velocity — owning your pipeline so we ship at a 3–5 day turnaround on standard cuts, not 10–14

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional experience across video editing AND graphic design — hybrid roles preferred over specialists in one or the other

  • Strong portfolio across both video and static work — we'll be evaluating both. Portfolio link required with application.

  • Must reside in Arizona — Phoenix/Scottsdale metro strongly preferred

  • Tools required:

    • Adobe Premiere Pro (video editing)

    • Adobe After Effects (motion graphics)

    • Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (static design)

    • Figma (UI, landing page, and brand systems design)

  • Bonus tools: DaVinci Resolve, Cinema 4D, AI tools (Runway, Kling, Submagic), Figma Motion

  • Comfortable working at high velocity — we test creative every week, not every quarter

  • Self-directed and organized — you'll manage your own production pipeline with minimal hand-holding

  • Detail-oriented on type, color, hierarchy, and brand consistency — you have visual taste, not just technical skill

Compensation & Benefits

  • $70,000–$85,000 base salary depending on experience and portfolio quality
